We meet at your property to discuss expectations, priorities, investment and scope of work. This consultation helps you and our team establish whether the project is a good fit before design begins.
Solstice identifies the right level of design, defines the project components and prepares the path forward. A design fee may be proposed after consultation.
The design brings together outdoor living, circulation, masonry, drainage, steelwork, planting and lighting. 2D plans and 3D views help make spatial decisions with confidence. Design typically takes about a month, depending on project scale and our current workload.
With the design approved, scope, sequencing, pricing and installation timing are aligned before work begins.
The team shapes grade, builds masonry and structures, installs systems and planting, and coordinates the details that turn the plan into a complete landscape.
We review the completed landscape, discuss care and operation, and make sure the project is ready to be lived in.
